Working Together for School Success

Homework Corner:  Pick a place for homework.  It doesn’t have to be fancy.  A desk in the bedroom is nice, but for many children, the kitchen table or corner of the living room works just fine.  The area should have good lighting and be fairly quiet.  Maybe a special decoration would make the space more appealing.  A plant, a brightly colored pencil holder or some favorite artwork on the wall can make homework much more pleasant.
