Welcome to the Skyward Registration Page!  On this page, you will find everything you need to know about registering a new student at Richland.  Please see the information below and links to assist you with registration on Skyward.  New Student Enrollment will open at 9am on Monday, June 8th.


New Student Registration Information

Step 1: Prove Residency with a building secretary.  Please call the office and setup a time to come in and prove residency with a building secretary.  You will not be able to go any further in the registration process without proving residency first.  

Step 2: Registering for a Skyward Account.  Please click on the following link to register for a new account within Skyward.

1. Do you already have an account: Click on No

2. Please fill in the following fields:
      --Guardian First Name
      --Guardian Last Name
      --Email Address
      --Confirm Email Address
      --Street Number
      --Street Name
      --City
      --State
      --Zip Code
      --Phone Number

3. Check the box for Previously in District if Applicable

4. Click on I'm not a robot and complete the reCAPTCHA

5. Click Submit

6. You will see a message stating an email has been sent with further instructions on completing the new student enrollment process.  The system will create a user for you in the New Student Enrollment portal.

7. Use the link sent to your email to change the password to log into the system.

8. Log into the Family Access Portal using your new password and user name.

9. Click on the down arrow next to the house and choose New Student Enrollment.

11. Carefully read all instructions on the Instruction screen.  Click Start to start the registration process.

12. Click Start to begin completing the online registration form.  Please complete all steps carefully, pay close attention to how you entered the information.

13. Once you have completed all steps, click on the Complete & Review at the top of the final required step.  You can modify any information by clicking the pencil icon at the right of the screen beside the step. 

14. When you have finished reviewing the information entered for each step, check the box next to "I confirm that all of the above information is correct to the best of my ability."

15. You will see a screen thanking you for submitting the form.  You can click return to dashboard beneath the message to return to the home screen.  Your registration form has been submitted for approval by our building secretaries.  Please keep checking your email to see if your form is approved or denied.  If the form is denied, you will be able to go back into the form and make changes and re-submit.  Please contact your school office for any questions.
