  • Before you begin employment at Richland 88A, the following documents will need to be on file in the District Office. Once recommended for hire, the Business Office will reach out to you and schedule an appointment to meet to go over these documents.

    • AFT Contract sign-off - teachers only
    • Will County Teaching Certificate or Paraprofessional Letter
    • Transcripts (Original) - Certified ONLY
    • Employment Agreement
    • TRS-Certified or IMRF Non-Certified - Beneficiary Information
    • Background Check (fingerprinting)
    • Mandated Reporter Status
    • I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
    • Driver's License
    • Social Security Card
    • Insurance Forms / Waivers If Applicable (Medical, Dental, Life, Vision)
    • W-4 State and Federal
    • Direct Deposit Form
    • Dr. Physical or proof of good health
    • Internet Access Policy
    • Social Security Statement
    • Personal/Technology & Social Media Policy
