Jill Smith came to Richland 88A in 2007 after working in corporate as a Technical Recruiter for various computer consulting firms. Mrs. Smith began her time at Richland as a student instructional support assistant, known as a Paraprofessional. After working with Richland's students for six years, Mrs. Smith was hired as an assistant to the Director of Finance and Human Resources in the district office.

Jill Smith supports the business office through payroll, accounts payable, processing new hires, benefits, and student payments.
